Dilal Ranasinghe Director, Hong Kong

Dilal graduated from Kent University (UK) in Economics and Human Resources. He started his recruitment career by working for the interim and permanent staffing specialist Hydrogen Group (FTSE), then moved to Martin Ward Anderson (part of the Ranstad Group) to also build and run one of Central London's most successful teams.

Dilal has since worked in Asia, gaining a reputation as a middle management to board level recruitment specialist. Dilal’s portfolio of placements has included CFO’s, Finance Directors, Marketing Directors, Market Insights Directors, Directors of Change and General Managers.
