Matthew Hayes

Matthew has 12 years of recruitment experience gained across the Australian, UK and Asian markets and has been based in Hong Kong for the last 5 years. In his last role as Senior Recruiting Manager for a leading global recruiter he was responsible for building and managing a successful senior contracting recruitment product specialising in finance.

In his current role at Argyll Scott as Manager (Consulting Services) he is responsible for developing a Project and Change Management offering with a focus on financial service and banking clients. He recruits mid management to senior level candidates specialising in Change Management, Project Management, Finance Change, PMO, Systems implementation, Risk integration and Consulting. Matthew’s remit also includes the management of Argyll Scott’s outsourced consultant and contracting services.
