Richard Greaves

Richard has gained over fifteen years experience in the Information Technology and Finance Technology recruitment industry having worked across the U.K, Australia and Hong Kong/China. This has given him exposure to all facets of technology including Project/Program Management, Business Analysis, Application Development, Infrastructure and Testing. He has been instrumental in establishing three IT Recruitment start-up operations and has managed several major global accounts within Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, Utilities, Consulting and Airline industries.

More recently Richard has built and managed specialist recruitment teams providing innovative recruitment solutions to the ever-changing technology market and is focused principally on the recruitment of senior technology professionals into major organisations in Asia by attracting talent from his networks around the world.
